The fact is, that I have neglected my need for self-examination---(among other things)and was stuck in a rut, but am back on track again...it is a need to be perpetually in the process of change, I believe--at least it is so with me.<br /><br />The Lucid Light Simulator sounds interesting, and I would be open to trying something like this; although I would be a wee bit leery-- flashing lights, both strobe lights or fluorescent lights which flicker annoy the hell outta me and always have.
